How Does it work?

The process is very simple. Once you have opened an account with us, you can fix an exchange rate for the transaction or phone one of our dealers. You then transfer funds from your account of the same name to one of our designated client accounts. Once the funds clear into one of our accounts and you have told us where the funds are to go, we then transfer your foreign currency to your desired location from one of our foreign currency accounts.

How much can I save?

The traditional thought in the industry is that a High Street Bank would cost 4-5% of the amount of the transfer. This is made up of a combination of a wide spread and charges. A large and established FX broker will come in anywhere from 1-2%. Since we have smaller overheads we are cheaper than the larger brokers.

Can I get access to historical trades?

Yes, everything is available 24×7 when you log into your online account. In addition trade confirmations are available soon as the trade is made which you can file outside of the platform.

How Safe are you?

Very safe, we use state of the art security policies and high-end digital encryption to ensure your experience is completely secure. We are regulated by the FCA in the United Kingdom, HMRC and we abide by the Data Protection Act in regard to any personal data we hold.

Process Times and Charges

All transfers leave sameday on the day of settlement (subject to currency being SOLD arriving with us and onward transfer instructions have been provided).

When funds will be delivered will depend on the currency pair and the time the transaction is booked. Currencies such as Pound Sterling (GBP), Euro(EUR), US Dollar (USD) basically the major currencies arrive sameday. Currencies such as the Australian Dollar (AUD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and South African Rand (ZAR) do take an extra day whether that may be due to timezones or domestic currency controls. Other currencies such as the Thai Baht will take two days to arrive.

Regardless of the currency and controls at the destination country you can view the status of the transaction on your platform right up to the point of funds leaving our accounts.

The only charge we have is if the funds being transferred are less than GBP 5,000 (or its equivalent) then a transfer fee of GBP 10 will apply to cover transfer costs.
